• What are the housing options? Your choices could range from single-family homes, zero-lot-line homes, townhomes, duplexes and condominiums. Be sure you’re touring the Florida active adult communities that offer the type of housing you want.

• What are the amenities? In addition to knowing what the amenities are, ask about use restrictions and maintenance costs. Be sure the amenities meet your own recreation and fitness requirements.
